Positive change and healing are possible when people feel emotionally safe and find tools that truly resonate with them. Drawing on more than 18 years as a mental health therapist, I have woven together my clinical experience and creativity to develop Stepping Stones: Therapeutic tools to help you cultivate a healthier, more supportive relationship with yourself.

These guided visualization exercises and worksheets can serve as meaningful tools on the path of healing and wholeness. Stepping Stones are not a replacement for therapy but are therapeutic, accessible, intuitive, self-paced and can offer a supportive complement to other modalities.
